Small update. I changed the Link of the Moment to Trillian. If you don't know what this is, allow me to give you a little information. Trillian is a pseudo-frontend for AIM, ICQ, Yahoo! Messenger, MSN Messenger, and IRC. Now, I call it a pseudo-frontend because, unlike a real front-end, you don't have to have any of those IM programs installed to use them. Basically, Trillian is all 5 in one nice program. It's free, it's skinable, and, best of all, it has no ads!
The install program is 2.1MB, which isn't that big when you look at what you're getting for it. And, with the release of v0.70, they've added a ton of new features. About the only down side is that while it runs on Win95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP, there doesn't seem to be a MAC or *NIX version of it yet. Hopefully, they're working on those...
OK, I've rambled on enough about this program. If you haven't gotten bored by this and left, head over to the Trillian website and check it out. I don't think you'll regret it. And if you do, please send all complaints here.

I got to see a sneak preview of Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring last night at midnight, and all I can say is, go see this movie.
On the other hand, if you roleplay (like I do), you might not want your GM to see this movie. Our gaming group went to see it, and I was sitting next to the GM, and he was taking notes. He noted Sauron from the opening, and the Balrog in particular...

If you've been visiting RPGamer for more than 3 years (or if you used to visit it 3+ years ago), you'll probably remember everyone's favorite Q&A Guy, Thor "Sexypants" Antrim. Well, he needs our help. As you might have noticed, I've removed my little XBox hate banner, and my welcome to this site, above, and replaced it with some info about Thor. That will be staying there until Save Thor is no longer needed.
Please, go there and see what you can do. Even if it's just $1, that gets him $1 closer than he was before. Sharkey's doing it. Brian's doing it. I'm doing it. I hope you will too. Please. Thank you.
